I have been to Home Depot 4 times in the last 10 days and they are out of 5 gal water! I don't carry my empties around all of the time, so have accumulated 7 empties. They can't provide full ones and refuse to give me back my deposits. Doesn't sound legal. Some kind of customer service! I am shopping local for as much building materials as possible. [
