Not to mention the amt of time and resources spent on retaliating against members and committees, recorded right there in the minutes...as if they have nothing better to do...like maintaining our roads and easements!

Shame on the majority board abusing their power, their board platform stating alternate facts and wasting association $$$ on such frivolous agendas.

They obviously still don't know their bylaws after all these yrs...they can't write a policy to circumvent the bylaws. (i.e. District Rep Recall) Instigated and written by the very rep that was in a petition recall process = conflict of interest. They can't threaten any member using what should be a null and void policy, but they did! Nasty and shady business practices.

Right kalakoa, same board crap. HPP still employs the same unprofessional and unqualified General Manager. It's obvious he doesn't know anything about roads. His GM report says he's overwhelmed filling potholes. We all know that won't last or fix road problems so right there proves he doesn't know what he's doing. Don Morris, you need to lay road material down or you're just wasting the association's money.
