In Discovery Harbor, someone came in ~2006 and build a lot, I mean a LOT, of the same house. Drive around, and you will see the same house over and over. There's always one or two for sale, and they always say year of construction 2006. Right around 1200 sq/ft, with a two car garage. Open kitchen/living room, 2 bath, three bedroom. They are all steel framed.
