safety sticker in HPP

Someone awhile back told me there is a place in HPP that does vehicle safety inspections -- now I can't remember even who told me, let alone where -- anyone know if there is, indeed, a safety inspection station located inside HPP? Mahalo.

Richard Silva has one on 28th St between Kaloli and Paradise (mountain side).His number is in the phone book,I think he only sees folks in the evening or weekends. There are a few others, but Mr. Silva is helpful and I've been going there for years.

Bob's on Ilima also does inspection stickers...if you go toward the end of the month (actually to any inspection shop) you might have a hard time getting one...they run out frequently and are only given a specific number.
