Heard on Pub. Radio that Hawaii Island had for the first time surpassed 200,000 population although the state actually declined. Hard to find details (at 76 I'm not all that digitally savvy) though finally did find this:

It shows "Hilo" as one of the ten most populous Micropolitan Areas in the U.S. with 200,381 population. Hello, there is more to our island than Hilo. I bet most of that is Puna.
Anyone know a link to full demographics like how much Puna has grown in the last 5 years. Our 1 mile block in Orchidland has 19 new houses since we moved here in 2002.
