Couple looking for owners to "give" their lot away
#1
This couple is looking for a 3 acre lot north of Hilo for $30K to $40K. "No" to Puna, "no exceptions". I'd say they are at least $150,000 dollars short, but don't tell them that. That kind of reply would be "rude."

Craigslist?
Since the land seekers were intelligent enough to choose North Kohala as one of their options, let's hope they also post to Tripadvisor. That way Shea & Kathy can provide them with the BEST advice on finding a 3 acre lot in their neck of the woods (which must have trees) for $30,000.

At least they priced themselves out of the market before moving, this will save them lots of time.

I was thinking about making, and may yet, a standing offer of $5 for every unencumbered Leilani lot that anyone wanted to get rid of.
I could end up controlling the HOA, and run this place my way.

Does Craigslist have a "me too" button? Except I'm holding out for Waimea with mountain and ocean views, no neighbors, easy access to Walmart and home depot, and the ability to build whatever I want without a permit and low property taxes.
