I knew he was immature and all but didn't realize the intelligence level until now. That sounded like something Quayle would have said.

Fortunately, I think Hawaii is relatively isolated from this idiot, but we'll see. And I've learned a phrase:

"uniquely dysfunctional"

British understatement is something I do, but for those that understand the language, this comes from quite a miffed ambassador who wanted to tell the UK government that things in the US weren't going swimmingly well and in the future, the president's behavior might cause some anxiety and trepidation in future Anglo-US relationships.

But that's just my opinion.
