Time for a full investigation into the Mass Transit Authority.

Pointless exercise because nobody can be fired for incompetence nor found guilty of an ethics violation.

Outsourcing would be great, but then we would have to pay a vendor in addition to the salaries/benefits of the entire staff because they're entitled to a job.
