All of them. Opinion: the only "loss" was the huli-huli chicken guys, we need more of that.

Their website and Facebook page both say open at 11:00AM to 9:00PM.

Very dark and empty today at 11:15.No sign on the door of hours and there was no open or closed sign.

No sign on the door of hours and there was no open or closed sign.

It's ironic that people complain about "the corporates taking over", yet the local businesses can't seem to manage basic things like "keeping posted hours".

I can hardly wait for Popeye's to open sometime in 2020.

can't seem to manage basic things

The weeks and months before a restaurant opens, the first week after they open (generally a soft opening), and the month following is generally absolutely manically insane for most restaurants. They have a million things to do, and their Open/Closed sign might be #348,632 on the list. It’s certainly an important part of their business, but so is everything else, all happening at the same time.

Becoming less relevant as more people use grubhub / uber eats / bitesquad / etc. Larger cities have a bunch of virtual restaurants that only have delivery. I recently read an article about a big commercial kitchen that people were renting "cubicles" out of to run their virtual restaurants that closed without warning basically temporarily killing off all the restaurant businesses that needed it.

But specific to this location, we really liked two of the restaurants that were there and gave them a lot of business and recommendations, especially since it wasn't Bland Asian Food, but in the end their business sense didn't match their culinary abilities and neither lasted long.

There are so many bitesquad drivers at Luquin's that it is hard to find parking spots to eat inside.

They can do all of that and not post their hours on the door ?

Before I drive down the driveway of death again I will make sure the lighted sign is on as I drive down to the roundabout and will continue on to some place in Pahoa if it's not.

I get that it's a soft opening idea but when you blast it out on social media it's no longer soft !
