Puna Rock has been out of mac nut compost for a long time. I understand that Sanfords has some ( (
https://sanfordsinc.com/ )
Has anybody bought from them? Any idea of prices? Do they have a pickup option to save delivery charge? Where are they? Anything I should know (preferably related to this thread, but I'll entertain any type of knowledge) ?

Terracore, I've bought numerous loads of cinder from them. The lady in the office is friendly and she says they will call just before the agreed upon time window and they always have (I don't like to leave my gate open). I bought one inch minus instead of the 5/8" minus and it was very similar but much cheaper. No experience with Mac nut mix...

How much do you need. There are quite a few posts in the Facebook Marketplace for mulch delivery. We just got a big load and it was great. The mulch came from Waimea.

Beware, in my experience draws pigs and smells aweful as it decomposes.

UPDATE: Sanfords is out of compost.
Puna Rock has compost, even though their web site says that they are out.
