I knew Hawaii had a lot of taxes... but dang....I didn't realize we taxed so many services. Funny thing though... this article says it could reduce deficit.... is this happening here or where do our tax dollars really go?
Other large industrial states tax at least twice as many services as does California. Texas taxes 81 services; Connecticut, 80; Wisconsin, 74; Ohio, 68; Florida, 64; New York, 56; New Jersey, 55; and Pennsylvania, 55. (Hawaii taxes 160 services!)
