I have 14 solar panels on my garage roof and they are covered in mold and need to be pressure washed. I did 2 of them and quickly remembered how old I was so I would like to find someone to finish the job. Any recommendations? Thanks

As I understand it, solar panels shouldn't be pressure washed, they should be sponged gently. We used Ian Brown, who did a great job. 808-333-1234.
Certainty will be the death of us.

I thought the same thing. It was the solar power company and the tech they sent (different company) who both said they needed power washing. SunRun said they had people to do it, and wanted $20 per pqanel, which I thought was pricey.

They sit in the sun all day, get rained on, hailed on, ice buildup, moss and I have even seen things taking root at the bottom. I think pressure washing is going to be fine.
Also curious if 20 per panel is too much, in order to let people know what the market will bear, is 10 per panel fair?

When I Googled it, 10 per panel or less came up often.

I used a stiff bristled brush on a mop handle and Soft Scrub as a cleanser. I also waited till it was raining. It was surprising how much scrubbing it took. There was black moldy stuff that was very tenacious.
