I am having problems on finding a slow water leak in my house.
I shut off the valve between the filters and the house, and notice that I lose about 2psi of pressure in 20 minutes.
I shut off the valves to both toilets, no leaks there. I checked the bathtub fixures, no leaks there. All 3 hose bibs on the outside, no leaks there.
Any ideas?

Do you have a leaking backflow valve?

I closed the ball valve that is in between the house and the filter. I had a leaking check valve that was in between the pump and the catchment tank. But that was repaired.
Since I closed the valve between the filters and the house, that isolates the problem of having a leak inside of the house somewhere. I do have a pressure gauge between the house and the filters, as I can see the needle move over time when the valve is closed.
Keep in mind this house is new. I checked all of the cpvc piping up in the crawl space and I have no leaks to report.

If it's a pressure reduction, (pressurized closed pipe on all ends) it may not be a leak as in water leaking. When I had some plumbing work done, a pressure gauge was put on the line for inspection. Well as you guess, it was registering a slow drop in pressure. Every pipe was visually checked and the worry was it may be an underground leak. Well, it turned out that one of the shut off valves to a fixture wasn't closed and that caused a slow pressure equalization from a faucet that opened ever so slightly. The plumber was embarrassed because it's such a common mistake that he should have rechecked all the actual wall shutoff valves not just that all faucets were turned off.
