I'm not sure if this belongs here, but it might be of interest to owner builders. The material is sprayed on over styrofoam and a five men crew can put up two homes in one day. They claim it's bug-proof, fire-proof, etc. etc.

I know a builder from CO who wanted to build spec homes like this here several years ago but he gave up on the idea after dealing with the County. I don't know the details or what the problem was though.
