My brief opinion - transition sucks. I spent about 1 hr on the phone trying to get help when finally the supervisor said "oh that problem isnt fixed yet... by April 8th".
HT picked up the "aka" instead of the main account name as the email address. No mail is being forwarded except for the "aka". Because we forwarded mail we now cant get back into the verizon acct.
Whatever! Good point is that spam is gettign also bounced. The silver lining!! ha ha

Aside the mail server not sending mail this morning (Thank goodness for Gmail), I didn't have much problems. As i transitioned all my e-mail months ago to my G-Mail account.

Hey Aaron,
Will Hawaiiantel host any personal home pages? I was thinking it might be easier than a photo hosting site for pictures

It appears on their website they will offer
homepages just like your old Verizon Online account.

Something else to keep in mind during this bumpy transition period from Verizon
to Hawaiian Telcom. It is very important that you retain your Master e-mail
account information that you signed up with Verizon Online. If you do not, you will not be able to modify your e-mail accounts on
