Trying to decide where to site everything(driveway, home, septic system ect.)on our lot in HPP. The topography is 'very interesting'so, I want to do the land justice. Any recomendations on who I can consult sure would be appreciated.

Thank you for your suggestion. I was there in Nov. for 2 weeks, clearing the small stuff so I could see the conture, draft a elevation map and talk to dozer opperators. There is a solid pahoehoe
plateau 200' from the road,(2nd). It is about 6' higher than the front of the lot and rises sharply. I got conflicting opinions from the land opperators we talked with. Is a landscape designer qualified to enginere earthen ramps, septic systems and things like that?
