Ooops! I'm out of the loop! I haven't sent over any plans to him for quite awhile, perhaps that's why? Hmm, he did a set last year for $400, though. Maybe he now needs a lot of cash right away quick to pay the fine?

Modified from approved plans means exactly diddly squat unless they were plans previously approved by Hawaii County. That's just the way it works around here.
Hotzcatz,the plans were not only approved,they were originally stamped by the same architecht who offered $9-12/sq ft,depending on the bidding.
