I am just completing our outdoor kitchen here in Alabamy, has fridge, sink, tiled countertop and floor, and of course a grill. A couple more row of tiles on the floor and some final touches and will be done. It has been way to hot to get much done this summer, I can't remeber when it has been below 90.
