Shopping for a wet tile saw and ran across some info on Home Depot's inexpensive Husky brand. Remembered the thread a while back but don't recall anyone relaying this info. The saw is built offshore to Home Depot specs. Home Depot is the only vendor in the US, but will not forward the machine for service nor will it supply or offer to order any replacement parts. So, if it breaks, it's a throw-away. It won't handle my 18 inch tiles so I couldn't use it anyway, but thought ya'll might want to know.
