I am thinking of renovating my little ohana (when God sends down some mana from heaven). At present, it is a room off of a garage that is plumbed for a toilet and kitchen and so forth. At one point, it had a shower and toilet and a mini-kitchen. Now it just has a bathtub in it --very improbable and odd looking bathtub.
Anyway, thinking of renovating the little place so guests don't have to go into the house to pee and so they don't just go outside and pee on my pineapples. I hate that! Maybe a shower, too -- possibly outside.
I would like to get some estimates on a renovation. I think the place is about 200 square feet, max. If any of you know any contractors who might be able to give me some estimates, I would appreciate it.
Or can I simply figure it out by using the usual $130 per square foot building estimate? I am hoping it is lower than that. In any case, gathering contractor names if you have any (or are one!). Thanks!
