Our house is now a home!

We broke ground (or rather ripped ground!!) in late September, and we're just a heartbeat away from getting our last final inspection done.... what an adventure! You can see lots of photos and read about each step along the way (make sure to check out the older postings) on our blog:

And, we're happy to announce that our contractor, Marlon Ordonez, just passed his contractor's licensing test, so now he's OFFICIAL.

We hope our experiences (and list of expenditures) will be of use to some of you hoping to make your dreams come true....
