I am interested in building a house using the multi-facetted Hale 8. What has been your experience?

Make sure you know what you are getting into. They are beautiful homes but they are considered "unconventional homes" and in addition to difficult to get a loan on, they also are difficult to sell. They cost much more to build than the "conventional" homes.
