does anyone have this type of water filtration system? supposedly, there is only one distributor of the filters in kona and they haven't responded to my email about costs and whether or not they had stock on hand. looking for another authorized dealer in hilo/puna area. their website doesn't list other dealers.

If it were me, I'd want to get a system which had easy to get parts. If you have this much trouble just finding someone who sells the system, finding someone when it needs fixing will probably be even harder.
