Will someone give me an idea of how much homeowner's insurance be on a home that costs approximately $200,000 each month. I am assumnig that home owners insurance includes fire, flood insurance etc. Thank you, Debby

It depends on what lava zone you are in.

True, the lava zone makes a difference. Also, flood insurance is not a part of the standard policy -- its a different policy done by the feds (usually not very expensive).

Just some input on the topic; rates will be affected by many factors. Year built, hurricane protective devices installed, construction type, distance to fire station, updates to the home, lava zone, flood zone. Give me a call or submit a request online. I start by ordering a report on your location, then look up the details on your construction, last I call to confirm and additional discounts that you can qualify for and go over coverage options and price.
