can you build a ohana in Hawaiian Beaches on a 10,000 SQ FT Lot?

if so what would be the set backs on the lot?

Call the Planning Department with your TMK number and ask them directly. Anything anyone else tells you doesn't matter.

It was very nice of you,Hotzcatz, to answer what appears to be an important question to the poster.

Aloha Schark,

Since your ID says you are in the falklands, a call to planning may be more difficult. I have a couple of email addresses for a couple of people in that department that you may contact for info (email me for them) or I think you can email them off the County's website.

And although like Hotcatz says, they are the final authority, typically in HB because of the urban zoning designation - with lots over 10K SF- you typically may submit a ohana application to the Planning Dept. (You can look at the application and download it at the county's website). The setbacks increase substantially and will depend on the actual size of your lot, and also are affected if you are on a corner.
