Tsunami - road blocks gone

Just went through the road block on Makuu (HPP), which they just opened.

Speaking of road blocks for evacuated areas, one thing I would like to see added is the CD, or PD stay one hour after the evacuation order is lifted so that the community has time to get back before the criminal element has time to move in.

We were in HA, and by the time we got collected up we got back to Kapoho, it was just a little less than an hour after the order being rescinded and it was a ghost town down here. In fact, we pulled in right behind the guy who is head of the Com Watch down here. But there were tourists at the tide pools already.

Kinda scary thought to think for at least an hour or more, the criminals could have been going house to house.

Maybe even a list of those who left, so those same people only are coming back in during that first hour or two. By 5 PM, our neighborhood seemed to be getting back to normal.
