What could be the case of significantly (half) less of the "net taxable land value" compared to the "market land value" of the same property?
Thanks.
Thanks.

David M,those exemptions are for a house value,not land,right?
I read what I could about possible land exemptions for residential properties. The only thing I found some special "Hawaiian" land, but that was it. We have homeowners exemption and it's deducted from the taxable house value. The market and taxable values of the land are the same.

Also the Use value of the land may not be same as the market value. I think there is a chart somewhere that lists the various ag use values.
