If this bill does pass, what effects will it have on private property owners? My understanding is that, Americans would continue business as usual, yet Hawaiian business next door would operate under Hawaiian Law.
Do you think that this Bill will Unite or Divide us?
IMHO, I feel, it is just a land grab! I think it will do more harm, then good for everyone concerned. OHA, already has million of acres, payments are rec'd, from State, yet, most Hawaiians, any blood count, are still without a homestead and are collecting on our dime not OHA.
