Does anyone here live in Fern Acres? I am looking at a home there and wondering if anyone here has any information on this area. I live on Oahu now and am looking to have more space for my plant habit!
Thanks!

Thanks for everyone that took the time to e-mail me. I think I will stay put on Oahu and be thankful for what I have! The prices in Puna are so low and I guess that comes with another price.

Hey Tropicalnut
"Another price"? Could you explain yourself here since all of us were not a party to your email exchanges and your "another price" is ummmm vague?
Thanks for sharing. Aloha.

Mmmm.... I've been here over a year now - and can't think of any other subdivision I'd rather live in than here in Fern Acres.

Depending on who emailed you, you may have gotten a slightly slanted view on things.

John is right, it depends on who do you ask, but my ex-girlfriend who lived there for two years sure wouldn't move back there. However, I know people who wouldn't move to Keauhou Estates either.
