HI Airlines Miles Toolbar

Anyone using this and having problems with miles showing up in your acct?

I emailed HA and got a response back to call in (25 days later), which I did, they transferred to web support, who transferred me back to HA Miles op, and now while on hell hold, I am posting here for any tips or ideas as to what may be configured incorrectly as HA Miles reps seem to be no help.

I noticed after I installed it, my computer acted funny, so I uninstalled it. Not sure about the miles part though because I didn't have it for long. Angela

Don't have it, don't need it, don't want it. I have plenty of toolbars running on my browser as it is; besides it's simple enough to check the HA website for a mileage update.

It gives you miles when you do searches... but I am thinking about completely uninstalling it, definately. (I added it because we were just a few hundred miles short for my brothers tix but at this rate I could have bought the miles, and been faster!)
