Any one know where this stuff finally ends up?

Big Island. Oahu, mainland?

Stuff ends up on all three, + non-US, depending on the needs (non-poisonous oils are usually shipped to H-Power, some of the paints are turned around to the latex recycled products available at the reuse centers, and the rest is shipped for 'proper' disposal.
