With so many heavy topics we're all looking at these days I found a bit of welcome diversion.
Hulu just added this movie about Sailor Jerry, the legendary tattoo artist who settled in Chinatown. It's a great documentary with a lot of historical info for anyone interested in the evolution of American style tattoo and the history of Chinatown. There is some cussing, but its kinda endearing really. Lots of strong opinions in here too - but the saving grace is that it tells the interesting story of a lot of people's lives in the 1940's-70's.
If you have a tattoo and/or have ever imbibed in Sailor Jerry rum (which is one of the cheaper ones) you owe it to yourself to check this movie out.
