can we get it permitted as sheds or cabins?

can we legally rent it out? NO. But that doesnt stop many.

county rental program? NO, This one they will send someone out to inspect if you mean Section 8 housing.
can we get it permitted as sheds or cabins? Depends but why? what is your end goal? Need more info


any ideas or suggestions? Get it permitted legally. You will go through more gyrations to get around this stuff than to just get it permitted as a 3 / 2.5 bath residence UNLESS there is already one residential structure on this lot. More info is needed.
