Support and vote for representatives that will legalize marijuana, especially at the national/federal level.
I have written a document that helps identify different helicopters, and the missions or operations they're doing:

The DEA was flying low-level missions over Puna yesterday, two helicopters. I heard them on the radio, at 500 and 800 feet MSL, must have been much lower above ground level.
The Pu'u O'o vent is very interesting to fly over, there's a lava lake growing inside the crater, and the tour companies are taking advantage of it. It's spectacular.
Disclosure: I occasionally fly tours over the volcano myself. In an airplane, not in a helicopter. I don't think I'm bothering anyone, because I'm at least 1500 feet above ground when I'm passing over neighborhoods and houses. I get angry phone calls, even when I'm not flying. I ignore them.
Aloha, and hope you are well,
T.
