The newspaper article link doesn't work, it says "invalid article key" when it gets to the newspaper page.

Overall, it's still a healthy market.

Pack your bags it's going south! hehehe

I'm no fortune teller but the whole country is going in a slow down mode. Will it pick back up to the 2004 levels? Well, time will tell...

Beachboy, Your title got be to thinking (mind you, I am taking far too many classes this semester to have any truly coherent, or meaningful, thoughts). If Hawaii's economy is going south, and the economic center is in Oahu now, isn't that good for the County of Hawaii?
