Ron Paul Waimea sign wave, Mon & Fri Jan 23, 27
#21
There is no misunderstanding.

Paul calls himself "strongly pro-life"[140] and "an unshakable foe of abortion".[141] In 2005, 2007, 2009, and again in 2011, Paul introduced the Sanctity of Life Act, which would have life defined as beginning at conception at the Federal level

How does that "defer to States' rights"?

Also funny how he laughs off all those racist newsletters he had no problem putting his name to years ago.
He was was also recently very pleased with receiving the endorsement of a preacher who wants homosexuals killed.
If you agree with all that, please go vote for him.

You didn't disappoint me after all...was wondering when you would bring up the ridiculous racist ploy to try and unsuccessfully discredit Ron Paul. Do you even know what Dr. Ron Paul stands for at all? Appears that you don't care to. Stop watching TV!!

This is my last reply to the mouth piece. Do your own independent research, don't watch TV.

Don't watch tv! People are saying bad things about Ron Paul!
It is ludicrous to think that for decades Ron Paul had his name put to racist and homophobic newsletters only because "he didn't have the time to read them" - which seems to be the main argument of your link. It's either a lie or a sign of gross stupidity on Paul's part.

You could try reading something else than one guy's blog, maybe you'll learn something.

Given up on the abortion argument, eh? Good move.

Again, how do you think he will do in Florida, one of the most important states for anyone who wants to become President?
Do you think he will still be on the ballot in Hawaii?

ETA: The latest poll numbers are in: Ron Paul is coming dead last in Florida, even behind Santorum. I love this country.

Couldn't go to the sign waving in Waimea yesterday because of prior engagements, plus it's a 2.5 hr. drive each way! Heard that it was awesome, very energetic, great positive responses. It was so successful that this event will be held weekly: Every Fri. 3-5pm in front of church row on the highway in Waimea. People are recognizing that there's only one choice if we value peace and liberty. Do you know about SOPA, PIPA, now ACTA designed to censor the internet? Do you know about NDAA, S1867 designed to detain US citizens indefinitely without trail? This is why Ron Paul is the only choice. Anyone want to organize a Ron Paul sign waving in Puna?

"But one of Paul's own books, published solely under his name, contains several passages that could be problematic as he attempts to push his libertarian message into the political mainstream.

In his 1987 manifesto "Freedom Under Siege: The U.S. Constitution after 200-Plus Years," Paul wrote that AIDS patients were victims of their own lifestyle, questioned the rights of minorities and argued that people who are sexually harassed at work should quit their jobs."

Meanwhile, Paul is still coming dead last in Florida. Wave goodbye.

Florida results:
Mitt Romney 771,842 46.4%
Newt Gingrich 531,294 31.9
Rick Santorum 222,248 13.4
Ron Paul 116,776 7.0

Barely 100,000 people were willing to vote for Paul in the 4th largest state in the nation.
It's unlikely he'll keep at it till Hawaii.

Ron Paul has the unique reputation of being one of the most consistent voices in politics. He has proven to be unwavering in his principals of the federal government adhering to the limitations set forth in the Constitution. This consistency is something none of the other candidates can claim and gives him the edge as the safe bet in being the “what you see is what you get” vote. As President he has stated his word to work toward the following goals.
