siren at 310pm?

hey here in hilo a siren sounds at 310pm? any idea? heard the test at 1145.

Hawaii County reports via e-mail and telephone that his was just a follow-up test and that there is no emergency at this time. They apologize for any inconvenience.

I almost hate to say it, but: I heard the 1510 test, but not the 1145 test. Sitting in the same place both times.
