Cleared lot in Kea'au?

Anyone know what's going to be built on the cleared lot across from the HS on Hwy 130?
If you think health care is expensive now, wait until you see what it cost when it’s free...now here come the taxes.....

That parcel is owned by a nursery & ag zoned. Shipman is clearing a few of their lots right now in downtown Keaau (they had presented a plan last summer for developing more of their intown lots...) No notices have been posted on any of the properties, maybe they are clearing prior to planting...or planning...
