I don't read the newspapers often and as a student 'to be' (fall '13) I'm glad to be aware of such massive blunders as this...

I can't claim much knowledge about the UH Hilo pharmacy school, but I think pharmaceuticals in general are doing more harm than good.

There are more deaths per year from pharmaceuticals than from illegal drugs, almost 3 times as many!

I think the 'war on drugs' is aimed at the wrong target and teaching more students to push drugs legally is not the answer...I certainly hope my tuition money won't be going to a new pharmacy school : /
