Dip in Kapoho Road

A couple of weeks ago I noticed a dip in the paving of rt. 132 just a few feet above Noni Farm road, no cracks, but the paving has sagged 4-6 inches in an area 6-8 feet wide crossing all the way across the road at an angle. It wasn't there when I went down that morning, was there that afternoon. Anyone else notice it?

The folks down at County will tell you it's a State road and they can't do anything about it.
