Here's a Puna traffic study:

The roads are inadequate. We need more lanes everywhere. There are no alternate routes of any kind, not even a "back way" between subdivisions.

Where's my $100K?

a quote from chuck..."and I am pretty sure that would include traffic studies"

question, not a complaint...

how many more traffic control studies are needed to validate the news that hwy 130 is the most dangerous hwy in the entire state of Hawaii?

(due in part to the fact that there are next to zero traffic controls installed at any of the feeder streets/roads which intersect with hwy 130, save the traffic lite by the credit union near the mill, and we in hpp know the huge amount of traffic that particular lite controls)...btw, voicing ones opposition, for cause, to an action being considered by one's council representative does not meet the bar of "we in hpp complain"
