Hawaiian Shores water fees

Is anyone else getting hit with a ridiculous high water bill? They have charged me for water base charge, water usage charge and an adjustment fee. Is this correct?

didn't you hear that they were going to raise the rates? Yup, it's about an average 50 bucks for me when it was normally around 35... ah well. Welcome to Hawaii.

Oh yes I know they did but I am wondering if anyone else is getting charged an adjustment fee for 50.00?
