I've had the old rectangular zories with the straw top and rubber bottoms nailed to my foot with kiawe a few times. That hurts!

I had to stop wearing slippahs for awhile, after trouble with Plantar Fasciitis. sp? Bought some slippahs by Orthaheel , Now no problems; plenty arch support.
