Chalk board project
#1
I've been asked to make an easel with a chalkboard on one side and a whiteboard on the other side. I have made up a basic plan to follow but not sure about what to use for the chalkboard part of the easel. I was looking at Amazon for paint on material but I don't find anyone product that has good enough reviews to trust to be durable and cleanable. Have any of you had any experience with this kind of product? If so what brand did you use and how well did an eraser work on the surface when finished?

If you didn't use a paint on surface, what did you come up with and where did you get it?

Office Max has a 17" x 23" chalkboard with a wood frame for $9.99 if that helps?

I did see that. I was hoping for something a little bigger. I do have to "trudge" into Hilo today at some point. I'll stop by and take a look at it. Wonder if they would let put some chalk on it to see how well it cleans when you erase it?

Thanks Dude!
