point taken about expecting the government to do everything -- which belongs in the lava diversion topic, not here.
vog is serious stuff for those who have sensitivity.
I did move to get away from the vog, more than once, and I made hard choices not to buy property due to vog.
Lava is a one time possibility from which you can evacuate and for which you can insure much of what you might lose.
vog can render a person unable to breathe. Hardly any sensation is more frightening than being unable to get air.
It's not funny to Shekelpal (or to me).
