Serious thunder over HPP right now (3 a.m.)

We had one north of Hilo (about 2-3 AM) where the thunder shook the house, like the floor and all the furniture, for over 10 seconds. It was like a quake except not rolling. Bizarre feeling, unsettling. Never had that before and been here for years.

LMAO! I feel your pain, it was SO loud! Slept on the floor in the kitchen with the two of ours, with the TV blaring. Ugh.

The rain, however, was most welcomed. In reading the posts, catchments are full again. Mahalo ke Akua. []
