Kulaniapia Falls

Just saw a "Hawaii Life" episode where people were kayaking below the falls.

Googling only yielded results about the nearby Inn which apparently owns it. Is there public access here or can you only go there if you are staying at the Inn?

The owner is a good friend of mine. You must be a guest of the Inn and have signed a liability waiver to swim or kayak there.
