Whole Body Blast Conditioning is a functional fitness inspired class geared towards a full body exercise experience. Classes include weight lifting, resistance training, yoga movements and light to medium aerobic exercise for a full body workout. All classes focus on mind-body connection, stability, balance, overall functional core strength, and correct breathing for centering and focus. Students are encouraged to ask questions at the end of the class session.
Required equipment: 5 lb. or 8 lb Dumbbells, Light to Medium Resistance Exercise Bands, Yoga Mat, Exercise Ball, Water & Towel. Please wear comfortable exercise wear and shoes, as well as any braces or supports needed.
