Partial solar eclipse on Tue March 8th
#21
I'm glad you got to see something, even if the clouds made it hard, Opihikao. We won't be seeing something like this again for many years on the island, so will have to find other stuff to tell people to watch out for!

Aloha ahiahi, Mr. Tom, just pondering the space landing(s), combined with solar eclipse, rain for days, high surf, and lava flowing...It seems we have sky, land, and sea to watch, Sir!

Trust all is well.

P.S. We got Merrie Monarch coming in, too... Lord have mercy! (Sorry, O/T)[Smile]

I'm planning on limiting my reports to astronomical phenomena! I'll leave all the other stuff to you guys if you don't mind. [Wink]

LMAO!

Remember this old soul? Louis Armstrong...He said "It's a Wonderful World". [Smile] Takes all kinds to make this world go 'round. Thankfully, we each have one small, manini part...

Rest well, Sir, and all.

Thank you for that, Opihikao, the song is one of my favorites and that video was great to watch. I'm definitely one that thinks there are so many wonderful things nature gives us. Fortunately, nature doesn't give us politics, taxes, incomprehensible laws and whatever is going on in the current US election debacle. Sometimes it's just nice to watch nature and try and understand its nuances, and this is a wonderful place to do that.

ETA: fixed a couple of typos
