another question. is there a good deal of pot being grown in this subdivision? a met issue? pot is natural and has some good effects however met brings a different crowd at least it does here in Alaska.

first, this isn't the exact name of any subdivision, but it sounds like from "paradise" you mean Hawaiian Paradise Park. However, there is also Hawaiian Acres, which is the one closer to Mountainview. Your name mixes the two.

By met you mean meth, right? Meth and pot can be anywhere on the island. It is a reality of life here; we call the users iceheads and they are bad news; but there is no one subdivision that is the "meth" SD or another that is "pakalolo." AFAIK

You need to look at your neighbors carefully when buying, if you have neighbors, that is.

I think you mean Pacific Paradise Acres ? Off Kulani Rd in Mountain View.

There is a subdivision called Hawaii Island Paradise Acres, which is misleading because they are not acre lots.

Its a pretty rough area. Bad roads, lots of unpermitted structures.

Hawaii Island Paradise Acres is between Kurtistown and Glenwood, almost at the end of Kulani Road. I drove around there once and I didn't exactly have a relaxing feeling there. Smile
